The cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel were superb. I would like to express my gratitude to several staff members who made our experience so pleasant: Ali at the hospitality desk for his politeness and warm smile whenever we approached him with questions or requests; Chef Majdi, Mahmoud, and Husein from the restaurant for going out of their way to ensure the breakfast was to our liking; the housekeeping staff for maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness and order; and the reception team for doing their best to accommodate our changing travel and commute needs despite shifting times and dates.

Location is very nice and Breakfast too is very nice. I like the behavior of Staff they are very helpful specially if I name it Mr. Sharif the Restaurant. He use to meet me every morning wishing the good wished and asking about the quality of the food & how can make it better for me for comfortable stay. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the view from the balcony of my room. When I booked my stay, I was looking forward to enjoying a pleasant view. However, I was disappointed to find that my room overlooks an unappealing area. I was not asked about my preference for the view during the booking process, despite the availability of rooms with better views. I am quite disheartened by this experience as it has impacted my overall stay. I kindly request that you consider this feedback and, if possible, provide me with an alternative room with a better view for the remaining duration of my stay. It is the most conveninent hotel that I stay in every of my business trip to Riyad. Away from the crowd, easy to acess to all my meeting points. Moreover, I am very comfortable about the cleanliness, happy with the great breakfast and the staff.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. When I told them it was my honeymoon, they went above and beyond by upgrading my room and surprising me with breakfast and sweets. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my stay even more special.
